How do I get a Library Banner Hold removed?

Library Banner Holds are removed once payment is made in the following ways:
Online payment using a credit or debit card
Direct payment to Republic Bank - The UWI Branch
The receipt must be scanned and email to: libraries-medicalsciences-referenceandloans@sta.uwi.edu
Banner Holds will be removed within twenty- four (24) hours upon receipt of payment.
