Access to electronic resources are governed by license agreements or contracts that the University has signed with publishers and vendors.  The library's electronic resources can be accessed by the following:

  • Staff and registered students (who are financially cleared) of the University.  These persons are defined as "authorized users" and have access to the University's subscribed resources while on and off campus.

  • Visitors to the library or "walk in users".  These persons are given permission to access electronic resources by the Libraries' administration and use is only within the libraries' physical space. 'Walk in users' cannot access the resources from off campus.
