Most of our eBooks allow multiple users to access the same title at one time. However, we do have quite a few which are single-user titles (one user at a time).

If you access an eBook and can view the title but are unable to access it, it is probably because this eBook is in use by another user.

If this is the case, try that title again later as you should be able to access it once the other user has finished using it.
