The UEC (User Education Centre) is located on the southern side of 3rd floor and is solely for research purposes. The laboratory is equipped with 36 computers and 1 black & white and 1 colour printer. Users can:
- Access computers for a maximum of 1 hour
- Access internet resources
- Access training on database use, citing sources and more
- Conduct research
- Explore UWIlinC, the library's e-information portal
- Use basic computer word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation graphics software
